First, you have to love your body. This means that it is important to accept that you have been genetically coded, and thereby have limitations of what you can achieve and what you cannot, which you have inherited from your parents. Every one of us is different and stronger in some ways and weaker in others.

Training-wise, it means that you may show better results in endurance training if your muscles are built up mostly of slow twitch muscle fibres or in hypertrophy training, if the majority of your muscle fibres are fast twitch.

Your body type is another significant factor. Some people are born to be lean. They can eat as many cakes as they fancy, but will always remain slim without doing any training whatsoever.

On the other hand, there are people who find it hard to lose weight. It can be a genetic problem or a thyroid dysfunction, which must be diagnosed and treated.

But of course, most people are a mixture of these two types and will always have some aesthetic imperfections which are often not the fault of their lifestyles.

There are some of you who will never have a six pack. You have to understand that the abdominal muscles are just as the same as the other muscles in your body. Some have the genetics to have a muscly back, but their legs may remain skinny, even if they are trained equal amounts. Some are stronger in their lower body and of course, some have the genetics for a six pack.

Therefore, we are unable to promise you that you will have an 100% perfect body that you dream of while looking at fitness magazines or websites. But what we can guarantee is that you will have the best body that your genetic limitation will allow you to have if you train hard and eat what we advise you to eat.

You may find our prices high, but we will only be training you and no one else during private sessions, unless you bring someone with you and you wish to train in pairs, which some find is the most effective way of training, because you can compete with your training partner.

Unfortunately, in Hungary, personal trainers often “train” 3-4 people at the same time. They tell them to do 4 sets of 10 reps and leave them to do it, then walk to the others. This is not personal training. We will stand by you, demonstrate the exercises, support you during the lifts and pulls and will record every session.

You will also save your money on buying food supplements, but will strongly be advised to buy the best foods that will benefit the transformation of your body!

We are a group of free-lance personal trainers who do not work for a gym, but just for our clients. Therefore, we can have training sessions at any gym, gym parks or outside, depending on your needs!
